DEAR CUSTOMERS,
As part of the $20 Boss Challenge, a program run by Launceston Church Grammar School that allows students to create their own business and make real profit, Declan Underwood, Grace Elliot, Georgia Henderson and Jack Crawford will be bagging and selling both sheep manure and Powranna feedlot soil. The competition month (where all profits made are taken into account for the competition awards) is beginning on the 16th of August so begin to preorder now!
NOTE: Pre-orders for Powranna soil are now being taken however pre-orders for sheep manure will begin soon!
WHAT IS THE $20 BOSS CHALLENGE?
Developed by the Foundation for Young Australians (FYA) and the National Australia Bank, $20 Boss is an in-school challenge, run by teachers, which provides students (us) with $20 of start-up money to create their own business. At the end of the program, students are encouraged to pay back the start-up money, with a $1 legacy payment. It’s a fantastic way to engage young people in an immersive experience at school that encourages their entrepreneurial spirit.
